		Boštjan Kralj Senior advisor Boštjan Kralj participated as an advisor in numerous transactions from 1993 on and held numerous executive and non-executive BOD positions in companies in Slovenia and CEE region from Poland to Albania. In the period from 4/2007 to 10/2010 he was director of Business development office at Telekom Slovenije d.d. He was in charge of M&A transactions, development opportunities in the CEE markets, support for post-acquisition activities and held BOD positions in subsidiaries. Boštjan has more than 20 years experience in corporate finance advisory. He started his career as a fund manager at Aktiva Group, where he worked almost for 10 years till 2003. From 2004 on he was involved with Telekom Slovenije regional development projects. He advised many Slovenian and foreign companies from the field of telecommunication, information technology and financial sector. Boštjan holds an MBA from Clemson University, South Carolina.

		Tina Marolt Financial advisor Tina Marolt has gained extensive expertise in the field of financial analysis, management, finance and business organization during her professional career. She has been involved in management of number of companies in Slovenia as well as in the CEE region. Her activities include management of financial and accounting departments, head of human resource, organization of operations with related companies in Slovenia and abroad, monitoring of operations, financial reporting and controlling projects in Slovenia and abroad. From mid-2004 onwards she has been actively involved in advisory projects of Kompas Kapital in Slovenia and abroad. Tina graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and management in the field of finance and accounting. Her career began in mid-90s in an investment company, where she was responsible for managing accounting and finance of investment funds. In 2000 she became financial director of one of the major IT companies in Slovenia. In the period between 2007 and 2014 she was director of Kompas Kapital.

		Tomaž Cirman Financial advisor Tomaž Cirman has been co-operating with Kompas Kapital since 2004. In period from 2007 to 2010 he was a strategist at Telekom Slovenije d.d. His activities involved monitoring and analysis of development opportunities in the CEE markets, M&A transactions project management, and support for post-acquisition activities. Tomaž has more than 15 years experience in corporate finance advisory. He participated and advised on several M&A transaction and corporate restructuring projects in the CEE region in telecommunication, information technology, financial services, automotive and tourism industry. Tomaž graduated on Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.
